TELBIOMED’s services are rounded off by comprehensive consulting (CONSULTING), by providing support for questions and problem solving (SUPPORT) and by supporting logistics processes (LOGISTICS).

The digital health platform is the software solution, the heart of the telbiomed Disease Management Solutions, where all data is collected, processed and administered.
Using their own app, patients can systematically record their vital signs, independent of time and place, and send them to their caregivers.
With all the devices a variety of measuring devices such as scales, blood pressure monitors etc. are grouped together, which communicate directly with the app.
This includes all advisory and conceptual work in the context of the initiation and implementation of a disease management solution such as HerzMobil.
