DIGITAL HEALTH PLATFORM
The Digital Health Platform is the software heart of the Disease Management Solution, which was developed to support the therapy of chronically ill people. The platform consists of flexibly combinable modules to which a wide variety of components can be connected. The modular structure of the platform creates synergies in the use of the core components and at the same time specific indication and therapy-related requirements can be met to provide users with optimal support. The system uses international healthcare standards.
The platform modules
These are the configurable core modules of the platform that provide, among other things, administration or security of the system.
The Care Modules are used for telemonitoring the platform. Here messages can be sent, charts etc. are created.
The specific application components allow optimal support of disease-specific workflows and functions.
