DEFINITION OF STROKECARE
Around 25.000 Austrians suffer a stroke every year. StrokeCare is an IT solution for coordinating the integrated and home-based care of patients after a stroke event. The platform supports the coordination between all partners who are involved (physicians, physiotherapists, occupational therapists and speech therapists), including hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, health insurance providers and coordination centers.
